In the end Pollard was expected to score fast but could not do much. Saini lbw him on the third ball of the last over. Pollard faced 49 balls and hit two fours in addition to four sixes. Due to Saini's precise bowling, this is the first time in the history of T20 International cricket that the 20th over has gone to Maiden.
